Info why she has to pack her bags and leave

 Lauren  has spent tax payers money and the public and drivers safety 

is out the door she spent over 120,000 last fiscal year on Travel and hotel and Airfare and misc purchases on amazon her focus is NOT on the public transit service to the disadvantage  community MECCA THERMAL OASIS NORTHSHORE  her focus is on the west end of the valley indian wells ,palm desert ,palm springs she has bullied STAFF  terminated employees AND GIVING THEM NO CHOICE TO SIGN NDA  NON DISCLOSURE agreement     SOME OF THEM JUST QUIT DUE TO BULLYING  .

BROKEN DRIVER SEATS AND POOR PLANNING IN SCHEDULES AND VERY LITTLE DRIVER BREAK TIME WITH A PLANNED ROUTE WITH VERY LIMITED RESTROOMS AND BREAKS .  INSTEAD OF FOCUSING ON FUELING STATIONS [CNG] HYDROGEN] SHE FOCUSES ON HYDROGEN BUSES THAT CANT STAY ON THE ROAD due to buses unable to sustain the high temputure and wind condition here in the desert .

Buses running late with no drivers because of the hostile work place that she causes   based on the board meeting july 27 2022  it was found that the board members were more in favor of lauren skiver .

when these public leaders should be protecting public transit riders , which those that have no choice to ride public transit due to Disability and personal infractions  on a daily basis there are more Hydrogen buses breaking down and being towed in which causes a hardship on those riders that need to go to work and medical appointment etc.

as well as the drivers get yelled at harrased due to bus break downs and poor planning management  i am a driver of 26 years and have forced to be on administrative leave due too  wanting change to our working condition and safety … it all started because i reported  on the broken drivers seats and now i am being retaliated  on becuase i have reported this to the management and board members and mechanics and  The General Manager Lauren Skiver and only now  because myself and Joe have Started J&A EXPOSING CORRUPTION on YOUTUBE . THEY STARTED REPAIRS 

we are ordered to stay home from 8am till 5pm  because we are both on administrative leave with pay  

between 8 to 10 hour shifts with very  limited time on the routes to have time to use the restrooms due to limited time and poor planning no restroom along the routes from palm springs to coachella it take 140min close to 2 hours  and depending on the time of day and ridership and traffic  boarding and alighting .   

we need help to share this petiton so the public and drivers employees present and past get there voices heard
