To fire Kim Royal

The Issue

Director Kim Royal has displayed multiple accounts of micromanagement, passive aggressiveness, as well as characteristics of a dictatorship. Royal has exhibited micro-aggression towards employees.She will purposely make things harder for the managers if they do not agree with her.She has the most highest turnover rate since she has gotten here with over 400 employees fired within the first year. Royal Shows that she doesn’t care about her employees physical, mental, and emotional state. Royal is very selective on who she chooses to mistreat or show bias too. There has been several employees who spoke out about the delivery of how she approaches them with cocky ruling mannerism. We go to HR Kristal but that is her friend. Everything we tell HR it’s not confidential it goes straight to Kim so she can continue running the company and it’s employees done.We as employees feel uncomfortable, neglected, beneath, unheard, dismissed, and mistreated by this person who is supposed to be our Director. The decision has been made by the employees of GAT Airline Ground Support that we are petitioning this issue in order to restore the disarray that Kim Royal has brought since being in charge.
