My beautiful, beloved daughter Alexandra Louca died of SADS at 1340, 19th January 2012. The presence of a defibrillator in the school within a 10 minute time span could have saved her life. There was no defibrillator in the school nor in the ambulance which arrived 30 minutes later.. She was only 11 years old and amazingly beautiful, inside and out.  I do not want any mother/father or siblings to experience such grief.  Our loved ones deserve the best medical treatment and there are many schools that do not have defibrillators!  DON'T accept any less than what has been a LAW in Cyprus since 2008.  Many of our schools are operating illegally without defibrillators. Don't let another child die of Sudden Adult Syndrome (SADS). Some pre- and post- puberty children are particularly vulnerable to arrthymias and SADS. We must implement the 2008 LAW and government inspectors must inspect schools and enforce these law.                  Don't let another child die!
