How many times have you been stuck in traffic causing to be late to an appointment, late to work or had an emergency vehicle trying to get through and you have no place to go? It's a situation too many residents of the City of Franklin and Williamson County, TN, face every day. Our roads are congested, our commutes are lengthened, and crucially, our infrastructure is buckling under pressure. With new developments cropping up left and right, it begs the question: is growth surpassing our infrastructure's capacity?
