Time Warner / Spectrum has service around the Berlin Acres community but not in it. With Time Warner / Spectrum the residents of the Berlin Acres community would receive faster internet speeds, up to 200 Mbps as opposed to ADSL of less than 3 Mbps, television programming not interrupted by rain or snow as happens with satellite service, and opt for telephone service all for less than what many are paying now. As an example, the Berlin Acres community could have 175 television channels, 100Mbps internet and unlimited telephone service for $110 per month. Frontier plus Dish is over $200 per month.

By getting Time Warner/Spectrum to service the the Berlin Acres community, we would get better service for less money.
