For those of us who live in Goshen Valley III, we have one thing in common.  The lack of response from Yvonne Newman and First Service Residential.  The board currently in place has done nothing in response to the numerous complaints of the lack of response from Ms. Newman yet our dues go up every year.  What are we paying for?  

First Service Residential takes our business for granted.  To show that you appreciate the thousands of dollars that you are paid on a monthly basis, replace community manager Yvonne Newman immediately with someone who is competent, responsive, and knows what they are doing.  We are tired of being ignored.
