Minnesota State Representative, Jeremy Munson, posted a video on Facebook showing him going to Walmart to buy the $24.88 Novolin N (NovoNordisk) Intermediate acting insulin.  He thinks this is the answer to the debate over what to do about the high costs of insulin.  This insulin is most often used for T2 diabetics and pets.  It's not the fast acting insulin that we know of as Novolog or Humalog.  This information he has stated says the insulin is the same.  Here is his post..............  ..............New House Republican Caucus  ------ Facebook Page

Laura here:  We need to get this information off of Facebook and get it out to the news and media to spread the word that Walmart insulin is NOT the answer to our insulin crisis in America.  People have already died from using this insulin due to low blood sugars.  We want the correct insulin our children and family members need to use to be as affordable and accessible as Walmart insulin is.  If Walmart insulin was the answer to our problems, we wouldn't be having this discussion and wouldn't be fighting.  #insulin4all  #painpassionpurpose  #thepowerofthepen
