Tinting can help protect you from UV rays, enable you to see the road better and keep you cool even in the heat of summer, and yet these aren't the only ways it will keep you safe... Window tinting helps to hold the glass together rather than shattering into thousands of shards that can cause major injury.

Vehicle Tint laws in Minnesota are Currently as follows:

Tint darkness for sedans: Windshield: No tint is allowed on the windshield. Front Side windows: Must allow more than 50% of light in. Back Side windows: Must allow more than 50% of light in. Rear Window: Must allow more than 50% of light in.

Tint darkness for SUV and vans: Windshield: No tint is allowed on the windshield. Front Side windows: Must allow more than 50% of light in. Back Side windows: Any darkness can be used. Rear Window: Any darkness can be used.
