My daughter Tilly is 12 years old and profoundly Deaf.

Like any child, she loves films and theatre. But accessible screenings with subtitles or BSL signed performances are often only held during weekdays in school time.

This means Deaf children are excluded.

We are asking cinemas and theatres to offer at least 1 or 2 accessible performances at weekends, so Deaf children can enjoy family time like everyone else.

Deaf children deserve weekends too.
