LGBTQ+ social media star and content creator, Avery Cyrus was banned from her TikTok live back in January for kissing another individual on her livestream.

However, after reading the TikTok community guidelines and noting Avery’s down to earth personality, it is evident that Avery did NOT incite anything inappropriate or do any action that should cause her to be banned for this long or banned at all for that matter.

As someone who spends a lot of time on TikTok and has interest in creating and editing their own content, I have seen far worse than solely a kiss on the TikTok platform. Those of which receive no type of punishment or ban to their account.

Avery Cyrus currently has a 2.1M+ following on TikTok and many people look up to her as an influencer. This ban on her TikTok live is not only upsetting to Avery as she did not break any rules, but also to her fans who support her and think of her as an inspiration to come out to the world as part of the LGBTQ+ community.

Sign the petition to get Avery Cyrus (@averycyrus) unbanned from her TikTok lives. Again, Avery did not break any of the community guidelines.
