TIKTOK is not reviewing videos, accounts and live events that are continuously reported as harassment, bullying, inappropriate content and/or pretending to be someone else. There are numerous fake IDs and accounts.

Many people, myself included, have reported inappropriate videos, accounts and/or live events in which people are humiliated, degraded, threatened to be harmed or killed, attempting suicide or are blackmailed.  However, each report comes back as "no violation".  Some have made completely fake accounts that mirror another account and are pretending to be them, but post inappropriate content.  These accounts are reported but "no violation" is found.  One person in the USA made a TikTok video before going to shoot his partner, then posted a video right after the shooting.  His account is still active and videos still circulating, even after reporting.  

Some perpetrators are taking clean entertainment videos by screen recording them if all other security measures are used by the rightful owner, and dubbing them with vulgar, degrading, humiliating, explicit rated R songs, voice over or written wording, and then reposting these videos on to these fake accounts.  These perpetrators are situated in different countries and are preying on Indian women because of the cultural norms that deem such vulgar language to be a disgrace to the family, blackmailing them for money to remove the videos or threatening to make and share more such videos. They believe they are invisible behind these fake accounts and cannot be caught. Hundreds of victims are affected (mostly women), who are experiencing mental distress, anxiety and depression as a result of seeing these fake videos made on them.  Some of these women have attempted to commit suicide.  

TIKTOK must take action and remove these videos, fake accounts, ban inappropriate live events and restore a sense of safety and security on their APP.  This must be taken seriously and is an international concern as it involves criminal activity of extortion, defamation of character, bullying & harassment which is leading to attempted and possible suicide; affects the mental health, safety & security of users. 

TIKTOK PLEASE PUT A STOP TO THIS! STOP SUICIDE! STOP BULLYING, HARASSMENT & FAKE ACCOUNTS!
