Zack Adams (aka @dooshbagmcgee) was wrongfully banned from going live on his TikTok account with no evidence of any violations.

He now has over 127k followers, 1.9m video likes, and a significant number of viral videos. 

TikTok is limiting Zack’s ability to make a living and causing a significantly damaging loss of income from lost sponsorship opportunities by permanently and unjustly removing the live feature for his account. 

TikTok discriminates against the “mature-aged” users, and without warning or explanation will permanently and temporarily ban their accounts, preventing them from entering the creator/sponsorship partnership pool.

Do your due diligence TikTok - 1) provide valid proof of a violation of terms and conditions 2) audit the analytics of accounts who receive false reports which trigger the automatic bans 3) review the accounts who falsely report on a regular basis and take action  4) Stop permanently banning accounts without explanation and proof. 

TikTok’s conduct shows that it is continuing to pursue discrimination against the over-30 accounts and preventing them from accessing money-making tools. Fix this! Give @dooshbagmcgee his ability to go live back!
