Ticketmaster's sneaky new wording to make sure no refunds are issued unless an event is "cancelled" is a slap in the face for people's health and well-being and a crime to keep money intended for the purpose of attending an event that can be safe and not put it's attendees at risk for contracting a known deadly disease easily spread in densely populated areas like concert venues. 

No person should have to choose between money and their health at this time. Full refunds must be issued if requested for any event set to occur during the duration fo the COVID-19 Pandemic.
