As many Three UK customers will be aware, their network has suffered from poor speed and reliability issues,  leaving customers either with limited 3G connectivity or no connectivity at all.

Some customers have reported on social media that when they have needed to use their phone in an emergency,  it has failed due to accessing the Three network. 

Customers feel that they are paying for a service but Three UK are not providing an adequate reliable service. 

Social media is inundated with customer requests to issues, and all Three customers want is a network that is honest and reliable. 

Three UK will not publicly confirm that their are network issues, however, looking at the Twitter account @Three_Is_Broken, this shows over 1000 customers who are unhappy
