This modern-day slavery crisis is growing at an alarming rate, destroying lives, tearing families apart, and strengthening global criminal syndicates.

The Alarming Reality
Victims of cyber slavery are lured through fraudulent job offers posted online, promising lucrative salaries, accommodation, and work in IT companies abroad. Once they reach their destination, they are subjected to inhumane treatment, forced to engage in illegal cyber crimes such as cryptocurrency scams, financial fraud, and online identity theft. If they refuse or attempt to escape, they face brutal punishment—beatings, starvation, electric shocks, and even threats of execution. These victims are trapped in an endless cycle of abuse, with little to no hope of escape.

Meanwhile, their families in India are left in distress, unaware of their loved ones’ fate, struggling to bring them back, and receiving no assistance from fraudulent agencies that initially recruited them. The Indian government must act swiftly to stop this organized crime and rescue those who are still imprisoned.

We Demand Immediate Action:

• Urgent Government Intervention – Immediate diplomatic and legal action to rescue and repatriate all Indian citizens trapped in cyber slavery in Cambodia and Myanmar.
• Crackdown on Human Trafficking Networks – Strict enforcement against fraudulent job recruiters, fake employment agencies, and trafficking syndicates operating within India.
• Victim Assistance & Rehabilitation – Establish dedicated programs to provide rescued victims with legal aid, mental health counseling, financial support, and reintegration assistance.
• Public Awareness Campaigns – Nationwide education initiatives to inform job seekers, students, and professionals about overseas employment scams and safe migration practices.
• Stronger International Cooperation – Enhanced collaboration between India, Cambodia, Myanmar, Interpol, and other global law enforcement agencies to dismantle these criminal organizations and hold perpetrators accountable.
