This petition I'm am starting is for a class action suit against the high school's of Toowoomba .

It is for children like my son that has been deprived a education ,such as wrongly suspended or expelled or been Assaulted in any fourm..

As school's do not report to authorities such as Police or Education Department and people been told it's been handled when it has not been..

• Sticking up for themselves against Bullies (Teacher or student )
• Been Suspended or expelled without evidence or valid reasons 
• Been Sexualy Assulted 
• Been Physically Assaulted 
• Mentally Abused by Staff or Students
• Had Racial Slurs or Comments go Un-Noticed
• Been Accused of Accusations Or Allegations that were not true to tarnished your name 
• Or Been Asked To Leave without Reason or Evidence. 
• Or simply just Bullied or threatened on the school grounds and staff have done nothing but put a target on your back for been a TROUBLE MAKER that lead to Lashout.                        (Due to interruption of mental well-being )

You sign a contract to keep your child safe with Queensland Education Department But these Principles DO NOT REPORT to anyone so please people if you have had any of the above happen to your children or family member or a child you are caring for please sign .

The abuse of children in this area has to STOP and only we can stop it ,so we need a class action suit I am ready to fight for all children's safety ,
