Dean Brown murdered Tracey Hannah and Whitney Hannah and attempted to murder Shannon Hannah in cold blood in their home. He has just been moved from a maximum security facility in Kingston Ontario to a medium security facility in Warkworth Ontario - just a short drive from  where he committed his crimes . This action was taken with no notice given to the family that has been victimized by his crimes. It is time the families and individuals that suffer and are victimized by the crimes are given the respect they deserve.
