𝗧𝗛𝗘 𝗦𝗬𝗦𝗧𝗘𝗠 𝗢𝗙 𝗕𝗘𝗧𝗥𝗔𝗬𝗔𝗟 𝗔𝗡𝗗 𝗦𝗜𝗟𝗘𝗡𝗖𝗘: 𝗧𝗛𝗘 𝗔𝗡𝗜𝗠𝗔𝗟 𝗪𝗘𝗟𝗙𝗔𝗥𝗘 𝗧𝗘𝗔𝗠 𝗜𝗡 𝗢𝗟𝗦𝗭𝗧𝗬𝗡 𝗔𝗡𝗗 𝗧𝗛𝗘 𝗖𝗔𝗦𝗘 𝗢𝗙 𝟱 𝗜𝗠𝗣𝗥𝗜𝗦𝗢𝗡𝗘𝗗 𝗗𝗢𝗚𝗦

🔥 𝗪𝗛𝗢 𝗧𝗢𝗢𝗞 𝗧𝗛𝗘 𝗠𝗢𝗡𝗘𝗬, 𝗔𝗡𝗗 𝗪𝗛𝗢 𝗦𝗧𝗔𝗬𝗘𝗗 𝗦𝗜𝗟𝗘𝗡𝗧 𝗪𝗛𝗘𝗡 𝗧𝗛𝗘𝗬 𝗦𝗛𝗢𝗨𝗟𝗗 𝗛𝗔𝗩𝗘 𝗦𝗣𝗢𝗞𝗘𝗡 𝗢𝗨𝗧?

In Olsztyn, an Animal Welfare Advisory Team was created by the city as a consultative body. It included representatives of NGOs that receive millions annually from the municipal budget. These very same organizations were supposed to respond to the outrageous illegal detention of 5 dogs in a city shelter for over 22 months.
They did not react.
Not because they couldn’t.
Because they didn’t want to.
Because it didn’t suit them.

📊 𝗙𝗨𝗡𝗗𝗜𝗡𝗚 𝗜𝗡 𝗧𝗛𝗘 𝗕𝗔𝗖𝗞𝗚𝗥𝗢𝗨𝗡𝗗:
NGO budget in Olsztyn 2024: approx. 47 million PLN (the Animal Welfare Team received a dedicated 2,030,663 PLN from this amount under the Animal Care Program).
NGO budget in 2025: 47,031,199 PLN (the Team is to be incorporated into a broader financing structure – as of the report date, it is unclear which NGOs will receive funds – decisions pending).
Maintenance cost of 5 dogs for 22 months: estimated at 120,000 PLN in public funds.

📌 The change: While the total NGO budget remains similar in 2025, the method of funding changes. The Animal Welfare Team becomes part of a larger financial pool.
This means less transparency and potentially more money for individuals such as Orłowska or Pierzchała, whose appetite – judging by their actions – may be far greater.
Their performance was measured not by truth or legality, but by the number of seized dogs and “interventions.”
The business was built on fabricating interventions and “rescuing” animals at any cost – just to justify the next grants.
That’s why it’s critical to publicly audit all grants and how they were used.

🟩 𝗙𝗨𝗡𝗗𝗔𝗖𝗝𝗔 𝗡𝗘𝗕𝗢 – 𝗧𝗛𝗘 𝗢𝗡𝗟𝗬 𝗢𝗡𝗘 𝗧𝗛𝗔𝗧 𝗦𝗣𝗢𝗞𝗘 𝗨𝗣 🟩
👏 The NEBO Foundation had the courage to respond. They entered the shelter despite pressure. They demanded documents. They filed a report.
They did not stay silent. They deserve our respect.

⚡ 𝗛𝗢𝗪 𝗧𝗛𝗘 𝗠𝗔𝗡𝗜𝗣𝗨𝗟𝗔𝗧𝗜𝗢𝗡 𝗪𝗢𝗥𝗞𝗘𝗗:
The same people were both beneficiaries and controllers.
A false intervention: no vet, no administrative decision, inspector acting like law enforcement.
The dogs were transferred to the shelter illegally, being from a different municipality – not covered by funding.
Yet the city covered the costs with public money.
Reports of abuse went to the very organizations that formed this circle of silence.
The business model: seize animals → send to shelter → generate “interventions” → get funding.
The more “rescued” dogs, the more money. Truth didn’t matter.

🔴 𝗖𝗢𝗡𝗦𝗘𝗤𝗨𝗘𝗡𝗖𝗘𝗦 𝗙𝗢𝗥 𝗔𝗡𝗜𝗠𝗔𝗟𝗦 𝗔𝗡𝗗 𝗛𝗨𝗠𝗔𝗡𝗦:

❌ Dogs held for 22 months, one (Titania) is dead
❌ Owner denied contact, illegally
❌ No decision, no court ruling
❌ Public funds fraudulently spent
❌ Systemic indifference to suffering
❌ Deliberate destruction of emotional bonds and family life

This wasn’t just a crime against animals. It was a humiliation, a crushing of a human being who was inconvenient.
Punished not for doing wrong – but for not going with the flow.

It didn’t begin with war.
It began with a request: Give back the dogs and don’t escalate.
Because they didn’t realize what kind of power they were awakening.

💀 𝗧𝗛𝗘 𝗦𝗧𝗥𝗨𝗖𝗧𝗨𝗥𝗘:

Ewelina Pierzchała – the face of OTOZ, acted with full intent, causing tragedy. Repeatedly boasted of "working in a group that takes dogs.” This wasn’t just manipulation. This was a coordinated operation. The dogs weren’t random. They were targets.
Anna Barańska – accepted the dogs with no authority, used public funds without legal basis. Kept them illegally. Fraud. Cruelty. Collusion.
Magdalena Orłowska – had a duty to act. She didn’t. She stayed silent when she should have screamed. She covered up instead of exposing.

👏 𝗧𝗢 𝗧𝗛𝗘 𝗡𝗘𝗕𝗢 𝗙𝗢𝗨𝗡𝗗𝗔𝗧𝗜𝗢𝗡:
Amid pressure, contempt and systemic violence – NEBO Foundation stood up. They demanded documents. They entered the shelter.
They filed a limited report – despite obstruction.
Their response proves that truth and ethics still matter, even in a poisoned system.

🛑 𝗙𝗜𝗡𝗔𝗟 𝗖𝗢𝗠𝗠𝗘𝗡𝗧:

🔸 The 2025 budget has not yet been approved.
🔸 The composition of the Animal Welfare Team can still be changed.
Now that everyone knows –
YOU DECIDE:

Will those responsible for illegal seizures, abuse of funds, and cruelty to animals
continue to represent your city?

Do you want a team that protects and upholds truth,
or one that punishes, silences, and acts against people and animals?

As for me – in accordance with the law –
I AM NOT STAYING SILENT.
I WILL REPORT THIS TO THE PROSECUTOR’S OFFICE, THE SUPREME AUDIT OFFICE (NIK), AND LAW ENFORCEMENT.

But it’s your decision that matters most:

Will Olsztyn remain a place of cruelty and silence,
or become a city where goodness finally has a voice?

Because of this – my dogs must be returned to me.
Because for them, I did everything I described here.
And in doing so – I exposed what was never meant to come to light.

This is the beginning of the downfall of a system that did everything to bury the truth.
They did everything –
except destroy the one who fights.

This story will become a legend.
But not theirs.

Ours.
