🔄 PETITION UPDATE – 22 MONTHS LATER
22 months of silence. Dogs without a voice. People without rights. Olsztyn, Poland.
The dogs that were supposed to be “rescued” have been locked away for years.
In the name of help – their lives were destroyed.
In the name of good – they were taken from their owner, their home, their freedom.

👉 There was no intervention.
👉 There was no decision from a court, a veterinarian, or the local authorities.
👉 There was no legal transfer of ownership – only a piece of paper.

And yet, these dogs have been held in a shelter, in a different city, under a different municipality – for nearly two years.

• No contact.
• No documents.
• No sentence.

🔍 An independent organization visited the shelter.
They confirmed that:
– no medical documentation was provided,
– no intake records were shown,
– access to the dogs was denied,
– 4 out of 5 dogs are sick,
– and no legal decision authorizing this seizure exists.

📩 Our correspondence with the shelter confirms this – silence and isolation.

💬 So we ask publicly:
Where are the dogs? What condition are they in?
Why can’t anyone see them?
On what legal basis are they being held?

We received no response.
And we have no intention of stopping these questions.

📌 This petition is not just about 5 dogs.
It’s a fight for LAW, for accountability, and against unchecked power exercised by institutions over citizens.
