ندعوكم باسم الأطفال الشهداء  لتنضموا إلى دعوتنا لوقف فوري لإطلاق النار في غزة. وبمساعدتكم ومناصرتكم، نأمل أن نلفت الانتباه إلى الضحايا في غزة، ونكشف الجرائم ضد الإنسانية التي ترتكبها القوات الإسرائيلية، وندفع من أجل وقف إطلاق النار. كمدافع عن حقوق الأطفال، أشعر بقلق بالغ إزاء أعمال العنف المستمرة في غزة والتي أدت إلى الخسارة المأساوية في أرواح الأبرياء. وقد أدى الصراع المتصاعد إلى تأثير مدمر على الأطفال الذين وقعوا في فخ حرب لم يختاروها. وبحسب اليونيسف، قُتل منذ يناير 2022 أكثر من 2000 طفل وجُرح الآلاف بسبب هذا الصراع (المصدر: اليونيسف). وهذا ليس مجرد انتهاك لحقوق الإنسان؛ إنها إهانة للإنسانية نفسها. إن الدعوة إلى وقف إطلاق النار الفوري لا تتعلق فقط بإنهاء العنف؛ يتعلق الأمر بحماية جيلنا المستقبلي من ويلات الحرب. يتعلق الأمر بضمان حق كل طفل في الحياة والبقاء والنمو على النحو المنصوص عليه في المادة 6 من اتفاقية الأمم المتحدة لحقوق الطفل. يجب أن نحاسب المسؤولين ونطالب بالعدالة لهذه الأرواح البريئة التي فقدت. وعلينا أن نحث قادتنا والهيئات الدولية على اتخاذ إجراءات فورية نحو إحلال السلام. انضموا لنا في المطالبة بوقف فوري لإطلاق النار في غزة والدعوة إلى حماية الأطفال في خضم هذا الصراع. دعمكم يمكن أن يحدث فرقًا - دعونا نقف معًا ضد مذبحة الأطفال ونقاتل من أجل حق كل طفل! وقع على هذه العريضة الآن!

We are reaching out to you in the name of the children to join our call for immediate ceasfire in Gaza. With your help and advocacy we hope to bring attention to the victimes in Gaza, expose the crimes against humanity being committed by Israeli troops and push for a ceasefire. 

As an advocate for children's rights, I am deeply disturbed by the ongoing violence in Gaza that has resulted in the tragic loss of innocent llittle lives. The escalating conflict has led to a devastating impact on children who are caught up in a war they did not choose. According to UNICEF, since January 2022 over 2000 children have been killed and thousands have been injured due to this conflict (source: UNICEF). This is not just a violation of human rights; it's an affront to humanity itself.

The call for immediate ceasefire is not just about ending violence; it's about protecting our future generation from the horrors of war. It's about ensuring every child’s right to life, survival and development as enshrined under Article 6 of the United Nations Convention on the Rights of Child.

We must hold those responsible accountable and demand justice for these innocent lives lost. We must urge our leaders and international bodies to take immediate action towards establishing peace.
