He failed to protect the vulnerable children for whom he was responsible and indeed may have condoned the abuse. We have no confidence in his ability to oversee the Police, their policies and execution of their duty.We furthermore call on you to enquire fully into his role as head of childrens services in the Labour controled council during the period of abuse along with the role of hiscollegues. These abused children deserve and demand action.
