Sergei Skripal and his daughter Yulia Skripal are hospital patients in Salisbury, England, following the alleged attack on them using a chemical weapon on 4 March 2018. Their relative Viktoria Skripal, Sergei's niece, who lives in Russia, would like to come and visit them in hospital. But the British government has refused to issue her with an entry visa.

Viktoria is not an official and she has made a video plea to British prime minister Theresa May on humanitarian grounds.

We call on Theresa May to reverse the British government's decision and to issue Ms Skripal with a visa with immediate effect.
