I’m starting this petition so that UK supermarkets will use less plastic and packing 

The Reason I want this to happen is because the amount of plastic pollution is terrible, and so much waste ends up in the landfill or the ocean.

I want stores to start using recyclable paper bags that still cost 5p instead of the plastic ones because they don’t break down. I also want stores to have more fruit and veg out without plastic and to have the “wonky” fruit and veg be in with the normal stuff. I also think that introducing bulk sections for things like pasta, flour, rice, sugar and grains, etc. would be another good addition to help reduce waste.
