There are many fathers In the UK who has dealt with the most corrupt and discriminatory system. This being Social Services (Child Safeguarding)

This system claims to be there to support children and ensure them from harm and abuse but this is an ideology they hide behind as their true beliefs is to keep fathers away from children at any expense.

I know this because I have and am currently going through this misandristic process and it is terrible the way I have been treated.

I am a new father to a perfect little girl named Emelia-Grace who is only a year old. Her mother has made lies about me and rather than "Child Safeguarding" doing their jobs and safeguarding, they instead decided to stop my access without no investigation or truth to go on.

I have not seen my daughter for nearly a year now due to this. I have raised my own claims as some of the people she is around are a huge threat to my daughter's wellbeing. These people constantly have my daughter in their care as the child's mother refuses to have her so she can constantly go out drinking. But apparently I am supposed to be the bad parent.

I am terrified for my daughter's safety and the justice system will not do anything to reassure me that my daughter is safe and well.

I am currently going through the court process and as soon as CAFCASS see how much I love and care for her, I will win her back. But the system still needs changing.

I am asking everyone to sign this petition which will be directed towards Theresa May's office.

Please help me ensure that my daughter will be safe and also to help all future fathers who have to go through this evil and horrible process.

Someone needs to make a stand and this needs to be taken further up otherwise fathers will always been classed as second hand citizens. This petition is not just for myself, but for all of the loving and caring fathers out there.
