Orange County shelter pets are suffering in the Florida summer heat in an un-air conditioned shelter. As property owners in Orange County our county taxes pay for the shelter. The good news is the county has agreed to build a new shelter with air. In the mean time the county should fund temporary air conditioning at the shelter during the brutal heat of the summer.
