This is an as yet wxploratory procedure whose ramifications are not fully understood even by the experts and therefore demands to be treated with the utmost caution.Apart from that the democratic right to know a home will not be subject to collapse or slow and eventual disintegration because of what is undemocratically proposed to go on underneath them  is a fundamental right of both renting a property,leasehold and freehold.IT NEEDS TO BE STOPPED.
