Innocent Iran Freedom protestor, Mohsen Shekari, 23, was summarily tried and executed for simply defending himself against the Islamist regime's irregular militia during a recent street demonstration. Others are on the death row for minimal infractions during similar demonstrations or for acts of civil disobedience such as calling out the regime on its brutal measures to suppress freedom in Iran. The West needs to do more! By offering citizenship guarantees, Western countries can stop further loss of life and help prevent unjust treatment of Iran freedom protestors by the clerical regime. This petition, once it reaches its signature threshold of 100,000, will be submitted to the US State Department and to the diplomatic representatives of European nations, Australia, New Zealand and Canada in the United States.
