"Thomas and Friends" did aired on Playhouse Disney in both France, Spain and Italy and on Disney Channel in Japan. And Thomas is featured in "AntMan" which is on Disney+, so I think the show deserves to be on Disney+.

Kevin, Matthew and a couple of my friends and I thought it would great to have Thomas the Tank Engine and his friends to be signed over to the Walt Disney Company and to have our favorite show in the traditional hand-drawn animation like Casey Junior from "Dumbo".
