Publish the "Predator: The Weyland-Yutani Report" Technical Guide
The Issue
In 2014, 20th Century Fox released the technical guide titled Alien: The Weyland-Yutani Report based upon their popular Alien franchise, and also included characters and elements from the related Alien vs. Predator and Prometheus franchises as well as the 2014 video game Alien: Isolation.
Written from the perspective of the infamous Weyland-Yutani Corporation continually present within the Alien, Predator, AVP, and Prometheus franchises, this book explored and expanded the world established through the film series and related media and gave the reader a lot of new insight into this fictional world of the official Alien/Predator universe and inspired many discussions within the fanbase and was a source of great enjoyment and fascination for many fans.
Now we ask that Disney and 20th Century Studios would produce a complementary volume based upon the related Predator franchise, one titled Predator: The Weyland-Yutani Report, covering the world established within the Predator and Alien vs. Predator films and other media, such as the Fire and Stone and Life and Death comics referenced in the original Alien volume, the Rage War novel trilogy, and the video games Predator: Concrete Jungle, Aliens vs. Predator (2010), and Predator: Hunting Grounds, so that fans may gather together and find even more enjoyment, fascination, and engaging discussion through yet another profitable product.
This technical guide would of course cover the history of the Yautja from prehistoric times past the 2300's along with the history of the OWLF and Project Stargazer organizations headed by father and son duo Peter Keyes and Shawn Keyes and how they came to co-operate with Peter Weyland of Weyland Corp and Cullen Yutani of Yutani Corp (especially following the Antarctica and Gunnison incidents in 2004 as well as the incident at Project Stargazer headquarters in 2018) in acquiring and studying Yautja technology for the sake of our own technological advancement, eventually leading to the development of interstellar travel and the colonization of space.
We also wish that this volume would properly (rather than ambiguously) acknowledge Charles Bishop Weyland (of Alien vs. Predator from 2004) and Peter Bishop Weyland (of Prometheus from 2012) as father and son and properly address their history with Weyland Corporation/Weyland Industries both before and prior to Charles' demise in Antarctica (and mentioning how the Bishop line of androids was decided by Michael Bishop Weyland to be designed in the likeness of Charles due to his previous achievements and discoveries in that location), as well as how their relationship may have inspired the very evident and problematic father issues present between Peter and his David androids, with the ultimate goal being to provide a considerably more coherent structure and timeline to this shared universe that all fans can study and enjoy together with the Alien variant.
We hope that Disney will take note of this request and that this project (along with hopefully some new movies, games, comics, novels, books, and toys of course) will actually get off the ground one day and make an entire fanbase very happy. This would sure be one sweet piece of candy we would never ever decline.
