Watching Encanto with my daughter and I was just thinking in my head, like I wish Disney would produce a movie about an indigenous Australian princess and how she is fighting for her country or another important Dreamtime story of ours because we have so many stories to showcase on the world stage, "how good would it be to just feel represented as a young Aboriginal girl or boy in such a high profile production" we have alot of other ethnicities represented, but I'd love to see my 60,0000+ year old indigenous heritage represented just as much as everyone else's ��❤️����
This is such a great opportunity for Disney to open it's horizon's, show the world that they can include the world's longest living culture on earth, give them the recognition that they so solely deserve. Please help me get this to an executive or producer From Walt Disney it would be such an amazing step moving forward with society and the racial prejudice that first nations people live with every day. Educating everyone around the world what an indigenous Australian really is and how much they have contributed to the world throughout the thousands of years that they've lived here on earth and who wouldn't wanna tell a story about the longest living race and culture on earth, on one of the biggest movie platforms on earth to me that would be pretty amazing! So lets all work together and get this thing into action
