have Disney buy the rights to The TTatC, and have them do an official restoration.

The Issue

Back in 1963, Richard Williams sought out to make the best animated movie ever, called The Thief and the Cobbler.

That movie would be worked on for 31 years as he had to work on it as a side project while working on other movies and commercials, but the movie we got was NOT what Dick wanted.

You see, the movie got picked up by Warner Bros. during the 90s and Dick missed many deadlines.

Dick missing these deadlines caused his movie to be picked up by the bond company and him getting kicked out.

The movie we got, called The Princess and the Cobbler, was a garbofied film that is a disgrace to have the name of Richard Williams on it.

Wut, the workprint and the Recobbled Cut has shown us that the movie that Dick was making was great.

Currently, the rights to the movie resides in the hands of ViacomCBS.

What I want is for Disney to buy the rights to the film, and complete the animation.
