To Protect and Serve was a Cars short that was cancelled in 2015 and was supposed to be the fifth and final episode of the “Tales From Radiator Springs,” series of shorts. The short was announced in October of 2014 and was scheduled to be released sometime in spring of 2015, but never came out despite a book being made about the short. It even released die-cast cars resembling characters from the short. It was definitely a heart breaking event for us Cars and Pixar fans, especially for how close it was to being released and definitely left us all in limbo.

     I think this short should 100% be uncanceled and released for a variety of reasons. The short looked like it had a VERY unique story line and definitely looked liked it tied a bunch of humor to it. Disney and Pixar absolutely nailed it with the other Tales from Radiator Springs shorts and not a single doubt in my mind thinks this would be any different. If this short were to be uncanceled it would absolutely far beyond make the fans of cars and Disney/Pixar very happy, because of how passionate we are about new films coming out. It is always sad to see them be cancelled  so by releasing this short, cars and pixar fans will be through the roof on excitement and joy! We all care about this short being uncanceled because of its uniqueness and interesting story line. The characters are well anticipated, such as Mike 07, Didi 05, lifeguard and waitress pitty. What a disappointment it would be, to not see these fun characters come to life. We Cars and Disney Pixar fans and our families, would love and appreciate another cars short, so we can sit back, and watch and most importantly, enjoy.
