Elena of Avalor was introduced as the very first hispanic Princess on Disney Channel in 2016. The Princess had a huge demand even if the market was directed solely to younger viewers. Elena represent female leadership, hispanic heritage and a strong role model for girls and boys. 

The Elena of Avalor TV show has been announced to be ending and our intention is to keep this role model of a character alive by placing her among the official Disney Princess franchise making her the first Disney Channel Princess.

Even if she hasn’t been released on theaters, the Elena of Avalor franchise counts with 77 episodes, 20 shorts and 2 full length TV movies.

On the Disneyland and Walt Disney World theme parks, Elena has received a lot of acclamation, having her own meet and Greet, welcoming show, Christmas show and spot among the other princesses. She have received full Disney Princess treatment.

Elena still has a lot to say about leadership, friendship, bravery, girl power, equality, cultural representation and even political points of view.

Let’s keep her from being shelved and put away, so she can represent among the other Disney Princesses. Elena is the Princess that boys, girls and hispanics deserves.
