Stephen Davison was the heart of DAY Durham Area Youth. He won the trust of many children by empathizing with them, hearing their voices, and always going the extra mile for each individual. His influence was the reason why DAY was the vibrant and supportive space it was. The role of youth manager Stephen, needs reevaluation for the invaluable work that he did Stephen tirelessly worked to bring out the best in our community's children and nurture a healthier, more hopeful future. They are builders of bridges, keepers of trust, and pillars of our community. Their role demands recognition, respect and adequate recompense. DAY needs to reconsider and reevaluate the job role and treatment of workers in DAY Durham Area Youth, especially Stephen Davison's for his unforgettable legacy.
