I want to stop the illegal and dangerous thing that is happening with the women in our country. I want to hang those rapists and to cut their limbs so that they ll not dare to do this mischief thing again in their life. 

As our government is not doing anything not taking any actions against the repist I want to give the victims their relatives the rights to do whatever they feel they can do with the repists.
