Declare Philadelphia its own state or desolve the rest of PA into neighboring states.

Philadelphia is it own separate cultural and economic environment with wildly differerimg views than the rest of PA. Aside from maybe Pittsburgh and the homies in Greensburg we'd like so disassociate in every way from the so called state of Pennsylvania.
