Dr. Green keeps Tuscaloosa natives and visitors well informed about the history of slavery in the city. She does her own research and insightful navigates through the University making sure the memories of those who built UA are not lost. Dr. Green has been the only person to give our ancestors a voice on campus and she does so out of her own pocket. Please sign this petition to get the attention of the University of Alabama to not only support Dr. Green but to fund all of her research and tours as well. She is doing an great job on her own but she deserves the proper backing for her amazing contributions to higher learning.
