Hello, America and hello to the entire world!

My name is Rafiq Brookins and I am starting this change.org petition to petition YOU the American citizen on behalf of the entire world to put a final end to the outrageous, murderous, sinister and heinous crimes that the American Government has perpetuated from the moment of its conception to this very second!

What crimes am I talking about? I am talking about the most wicked, evil, criminal and immoral crimes that have ever been committed in the history of mankind period. These crimes far outweigh the crimes against humanity that hitler and stalin have done for the simple fact that the American Government have been complicit and have even helped these oppressive and demonic dictators with their very evil crimes.

Below I will list, and cite,  just a few of the absolute deleterious crimes that The American Government have been conducting since its origin by the complete eradication of the Native American peoples to this very day with its global unethical wars which only result in mass murder of mostly innocent people like you and me!

Before I get into detail about the appalling crimes and sinister acts the have been directed by the American Government I would like to begin with what we, yes you and me, are going to do about it. 

Within The Declaration of Independence, and also in most State bound Constitutions, exist the ultimate way of purging ourselves from this evil grip that has grasped the whole of planet earth and its inhabitants. The Second Paragraph of The Declaration of Independence clearly states;

            “We hold these Truths to be self-evident, that all Men are created equal, that they are endowed by their Creator with certain unalienable Rights, that among these are Life, Liberty and the pursuit of Happiness—That to secure these rights, Governments are instituted among Men, deriving their just powers from the consent of the Governed, that whenever any Form of Government becomes destructive of these Ends, it is the Right of the People to alter or to abolish it, and to institute new Government, laying it’s Foundation on such Form, as to them shall seem most likely to effect their Safety and Happiness.”

Clearly the American Government is not conducting itself in a way that is beneficial to the American peoples civil rights, safety, equality and happiness. If you are not aware of why our Government is not properly governing its citizens by now then you have not been paying attention to the reality of the American situation. Below I will detail in full the outright murder and demonic crimes that have been committed at the behest of the American Government so that you will help me help the world become a much healthier and happier place to live for all life on this planet.

My, and ultimately our, plan to gain back our indefeasible power endowed to us by our Creator is to LEGALLY Abolish the American Government as it exists today reform it to best suit the entire countries needs and desires and reinstate a new government centered around the collective good and wellbeing of “We The People”, As simple as that! No rioting, no protesting, no fighting, no nonsense we are just going to collectively come together and demand our right to Abolish this government because we have had enough of the lies, oppression, unjustifiable but yet justified murder and crimes that our government has been committing since day one!

We are also going to change laws, make laws, abolish laws as well as file as many lawsuits as humanly possible in order to hold the real criminals accountable for the very dangerous crimes that they have committed day in and day out.

This can and will be done people, it must be done if we are to enjoy any kind of livable life on this planet in the future and now!

The Great American Bait and Switch!

The United States Governments Treasonous,  Illegal and Unconstitutional Covert and Overt War on its own Innocent United States American Citizens!

 

        Before I begin I would like you to hear the powerful and relative words of the United States Declaration of Independence that is the central document of American political life and codifies the American political creed.

 

        The second paragraph of the United States Declaration of Independence, which is of course why we celebrate the 4th of July with millions of dollars’ worth of fireworks every year, states that:

                “We hold these Truths to be self-evident, that all Men are created equal, that they are endowed by their Creator with certain unalienable Rights, that among these are Life, Liberty and the pursuit of Happiness—That to secure these rights, Governments are instituted among Men, deriving their just powers from the consent of the Governed, that whenever any Form of Government becomes destructive of these Ends, it is the Right of the People to alter or to abolish it, and to institute new Government, laying it’s Foundation on such Form, as to them shall seem most likely to effect their Safety and Happiness.”

 

        To begin, You know, the history of the king of Great-Britain at the time of the forming of this declaration, king George the III, is a history of repealed Injuries, continuous subjection to government tyranny, oppression, great injustice, usurpations, inequality, unwarranted searches and seizures, genocide, and the like thereof are the main reasons why the United States was formed in the way it was, as the ending paragraph of the Declaration of Independence states:

                “We, therefore, the Representatives of the United States Of America, in General Congress, Assembled, appealing to the Supreme Judge of the world for the rectitude of our Intentions, do, in the Name, and by the Authority of these Colonies, solemnly Publish and Declare, That these United Colonies are, and of Right ought to be, Free And Independent States, that they are absolved from all Allegiance to the British Crown, and that all political Connection between them and the state of Great-Britain, is and ought to be totally Free and Independent States”

Do you understand now, our government has waged war on its own citizens as I will detail in this press conference. We have been baited with a great constitutional law that frees up everyone from the clutches of oppressive kings and queens only to have all that slowly but surely secretly switched to a much worse situation than that today.

 

My fellow brother and sister human beings I called this press conference today because of very scary circumstances that are taking place today in these United States as well as around the entire world. I am not afraid to say it based on the various news reports, leaked government files, whistleblowers, hacked emails, personal experiences etc etc that we have been witnessing for the past 70 years at least and especially within the last 1-4 years, I am not afraid to say it but the so called New World Order that has been labeled as a conspiracy for all these years has not only come into fruition but that we are soo far advanced into this Global One world Governmental Police State takeover that I believe that it will only take a miracle to cure mankind of this painful ailment.

I am here today to tell the American people as well as the entire world that we are all in a very very serious crisis. This crisis extends far beyond the unwanted and unwarranted Global Military Industrial Complex society, which together spends over 1.5 Trillion dollars per year on its armed forces, that we find ourselves in today and if I were to try and detail the extent of the disastrous crisis within this one conference it would span weeks and weeks and I would still only have uncovered the proverbial tip of the iceberg.

Since I don’t have that amount of time today I would like to address one of the most immediate and frightening matters facing the freest country on the planet and that is that this free country, The United States of America, is NOT free at all anymore and hasn’t been for a very long time. We, the American people, are being subjected to oppressions, suppression’s and government repressions today that would rival and even surpass Hitler’s totalitarian dictatorship of the 1940’s.

Now before I get into the metaphorical “meat” of this press conference that I have called today let me first tell you of a recent situation that has affected my life and the lives of my family and friends forever, yes forever, this has to do with the United States Government and it’s so called Law Enforcement agencies namely the FBI, Pittsburgh police and the port authority police.

Not long ago my dear friend whose name is Khalifah Al-Akili was arrested by the FBI and charged with a minor crime that turned out to be a very serious matter. This man Khalifah was being unjustly pursued, and if you type his name into google right now you will see the news articles about his situation and pictures of who he is, so this man who is a beautiful righteous American citizen was being pursued by the FBI for years. Before he was arrested he had told me how the FBI had been using an informant to try and coerce, also know as entrap, him into committing a crime such as buying explosives, purchasing a gun, setting up a terrorist attack and other crimes so that they can arrest him and put him in jail claiming that he was a threat to national security.

He uncovered their plot by googleing one of the FBI informant’s phone numbers and to his surprise that same informant popped up as someone who had actually set up and entrapped other people in other states. Immediately after this he started to contact different news stations and civil rights organizations because he, as I do now, and as we all should, he feared for his life and safety.

After contacting a coalition for civil liberties organization and explaining his state of affairs he was set up with a press conference date at the national press club in Washington D.C. The day before he was scheduled to appear at the press conference he was arrested at his home and jailed on a criminal charge stemming from a picture that had been illegally and unconstitutionally obtained from my email address of him at a shooting range with a .22 caliber rifle. The crime that they nabbed him on was Felon in Possession of a firearm and that’s it. Now just to let you know he told me that they were monitoring him since 2005 for undisclosed reasons and that email was sent 2 whole years before they indicted him with the crime. So as you can see they were saving this ridiculous illegal unconstitutional offense as the back up plan if all else failed to entrap him, which it did. Now after that entire ordeal he was recently sentenced to roughly 8 years in prison for nothing, absolutely nothing.

This is only one of many of cases just like it, all over the country, where our own democratic government, and democracy, in case we are not aware, is defined as a government by the people; a government in which the supreme power is vested in the people and exercised by them directly or indirectly, our own democratic government is setting up its own innocent American Citizens and breaking the law in order to do so. I mean if I do the smallest crime like park to close to a fire hydrant and I am observed by the Law enforcers aka the police gang of thugs I would immediately be taken to account and have to pay the full price of what ever that violation entails me to serve. But yet our own Government, as I just stated above is supposed to be there to serve us, if our government breaks the law not only does nothing happen but they are further financed and supplied to continue breaking the law and committing crime and treason against the US Constitution and the American people. In other words when we the people who are constitutionally supposed to run the government when we the people of the united states do a crime we immediately do the time but when our government that we have put in place to protect us from illegal acts when the government does a crime its always all fine and we see this ever so blatantly today.

It’s no longer hidden anymore, my fellow brother and sister human beings it is as clear as day now what is going on as a bumber stick I once read said “If you are not outraged you have not been paying attention” yes if you are not outraged by now you are not paying attention to what is going on within our own country, and around the world, and it is time for it to stop.

The United States Constitution was made to protect us from tyrannical governmental rule and instead we are the very subjects of an oppressive and tyrannical government. I say that We the people of the United States and We the people of the world have had enough and it’s time to take back our liberties and freedoms that are inalienable that have been snatched away from us. We the people have had enough!

To further my point I draw your attention to a recent interaction I’ve had with the so-called authorities, when in reality we the people are the real authorities, as the Preamble of the United States constitution states:

        “We the People of the United States in Order to form a more perfect Union, establish Justice, insure domestic Tranquility, provide for the common defense, promote the general Welfare, and secure the Blessings of Liberty to our selves and our posterity, do ordain and establish this Constitution for the United States of America.”

Recently, on May 13, 2013 actually at approximately 6: 30 pm, I was stopped on bigelow boulevard by the Pittsburgh port authority and before I knew it more than I’d say 15 police vehicles, no exaggeration, had pulled up behind me and around 10+ officers rushed out of their cars and pointed rifles, pistols and shotguns at me telling me to get out of my car and get on the ground. My son was in the passenger seat to witness all of this. When I got out I thought for sure my life was about to end because of the way they were set up and aiming their guns at me. I did as I was told and was handcuffed and put into a police vehicle. They told my son to get out of the vehicle and they then trained their weapons on him. This angered me greatly. I was arrested, taken to the Allegheny county Jail, and the port authority police seized my vehicle and searched it thoroughly breaking many parts of it while doing so. Now why, you might ask, did I get pulled over and why did this all happen to me. I mean surely if you have to have this many police officers and this much weapon activity I must have surely did something very wrong right? Wrong the reason that all of this happened is because a warrant was issued for my arrest because I mistakenly answered a question wrong on a gun permit application. I kid you not one question, one small mistake and my life almost ended.

Here are the documents to prove it. This is not a joke at all people. Our government has gone too far off course to govern, protect and serve us and it’s time to put a stop to the madness of king george America its time to take the reigns of protection of the people away from uncle scam and give it back to the rightful owners which are we the people of the united states of America.

Events like this, what has happened to me and my friend, are not isolated just about every day we are hearing more and more stories about police brutality and the illegal doings of our own government. This is getting way too far out of hand and if it does not stop now very soon we will be wishing we had Hitler as a leader because of the darkness that is approaching us as we speak and the evil that we will find ourselves in I mean it’s already here we are already in the tyrannical governmental deathtrap but there is hope and our strength will only lye in our numbers. This problem will not go away on its own we are the savoir we have be waiting for and if we don’t stop this ever encroaching force now then soon very soon it will be too late.

My fellow brother and sister human beings we have built a very beautiful and bountiful society and civilization but the powers that be are making this wonderful and amazing world into a hell hole for most of its inhabitants. We have to put a stop to this and we have to put a stop to this destructive force now as declared legal in the declaration of independence.

No I am not talking about fighting or hurting anyone I am talking about legally removing the current oppressive government that is in place and replacing it with one that and I quote the second paragraph of the declaration of independence once again which clearly states:

            ““We hold these Truths to be self-evident, that all Men are created equal, that they are endowed by their creator with certain unalienable Rights, that among these are Life, Liberty and the pursuit of Happiness—That to secure these rights, Governments are instituted among Men, deriving their just powers from the consent of the Governed, that whenever any Form of Government becomes destructive of these Ends, it is the Right of the People to alter or to abolish it, and to institute new Government, laying it’s Foundation on such Form, as to them shall seem most likely to effect their Safety and Happiness.”

        It is time and that time is now!

We, in a sense, are oppressing ourselves by allowing our own government to continue to tyrannize, oppress, wire tap, sneak, peep, spy, repress, dominate and bully us without our action.

When we commit a crime the police is called to come and arrest us and charge us with what ever crime that we have commited, likewise when our government commits a crime who do we call, that’s who we call we we are the ones we call when the government has commited a crime. And since the government, our government, has commited crimes beyond anyone’s imagination its time for the citizen police force to rise up and place them under arrest and charge them with the crimes that they have commited.

Every week we will meet and everyday we will continue to fight our oppressive government until it exists as it is supposed to for the people, by the people and for the benefit of the people with liberty and justice for all.

 

Now I would like to close with the master plan and the ultimate goal that I have prepared to give my life for and that is this, The Pennsylvania constitution which is the highest law in Pennsylvania and all Senators, Representatives and all judicial, State and county officers shall, before entering on the duties of their respective offices, take and subscribe the following oath or affirmation before a person authorized to administer oaths. "I do solemnly swear (or affirm) that I will support, obey and defend the Constitution of the United States and the Constitution of this Commonwealth and that I will discharge the duties of my office with fidelity and any person refusing to take the oath or affirmation shall forfeit his office.

The ultimate goal for all of us in order to create a more people and free society that we all naturally want is enshrined in this Pennsylvania constitution which is set forth in Article of The Declaration of rights which states:
