The United States of America Stabilization and Reformation Act

The Issue

My fellow Americans,

Today, I stand before you, not as a leader, but as a citizen, united with you in our fight for freedom and the preservation of our great nation. We gather here, with a common purpose, to reclaim the control of our government, and restore the liberty that has been stripped from us by those who have forgotten the true meaning of our Constitution.

We are the inheritors of a rich legacy, passed down to us by our forefathers who fought and died for our independence in 1776. They believed in the power of the people, in the sanctity of our rights, and in the principles of freedom, justice, and equality. They understood that the laws come from God, not from government authorities, and that all codes, rules, and regulations must abide by the principles of due process of law.

Today, we find ourselves in a similar struggle, as our government continues to erode our rights, undermine the Constitution, and strip away our freedoms. The laws that are being imposed upon us are unconstitutional, lacking due process of law, and in direct opposition to the principles upon which our nation was founded.

But we will not be defeated. We will not be silenced. We will not surrender. We will stand together, united in our cause, and fight for our liberties. For we are Americans, and we are the guardians of our own fate.

I call upon all citizens, regardless of political affiliation, to come together and join this fight. We must make our voices heard, demand action from our elected officials, and stand up for the Constitution that has protected our freedoms for generations. It is time for us to reclaim our government, to restore the rule of law, and to ensure that future generations will inherit a nation that is free, just, and equal.

So let us come together, with a common purpose, and take back control of our government. Let us fight for our freedoms, and let us reclaim the liberties that are rightfully ours. For we are Americans, and this is our call to action.

Thank you, and God Bless America

Dear Congressional Leaders,

I am writing to you as an extremely concerned citizen who feels that our country is in dire need of reform. In order to restore the constitutional principles, promote economic stability, and secure our God-given rights, I propose the United States of America Stabilization and Reformation Act.

First and foremost, I believe that the Federal Reserve System should be declared unconstitutional and abolished immediately. All debts and obligations incurred by the Federal Reserve should be transferred to the Treasury of the United States. I also believe that the Federal Income Tax Act should be repealed immediately, as it is illegal. Instead, I propose a fair consumption flat tax of no more than 7 percent on purchased items that are not basic necessities for living and maintaining an average quality of life, excluding food and medicine purchases. Furthermore, the United States should return to a precious metals-backed monetary system, with gold as the standard, in order to promote stability and integrity in the monetary system.

The healthcare system should also be thoroughly reformed in order to provide affordable, high-quality healthcare for all citizens, regardless of their income or social status. Insurance companies should be prevented from denying coverage to individuals based on pre-existing conditions.

In addition, the federal bureaucracy should be limited to the bare minimum, as envisioned by the Constitution. All fraudulent, weaponized, and unconstitutional three-letter agencies should be abolished, with the exception of the U.S. Marshalls. The weaponized, undertrained police force should also be reformed in order to prevent further abuse of authority.

Transparency in government is also crucial. All government officials, public officials, corporate figures, and media personnel should be required to openly display the patches of their sponsors/donors on their jackets, in order to promote transparency and prevent bribery. Lobbying should also be deemed a form of bribery and should be prohibited.

The current election system should be thoroughly reformed in order to promote fairness and transparency. The citizens of the United States should have the right to elect their officials, rather than have them selected. A reliable blockchain-based voting system should be established using the security of blockchain technology and the postal system to ensure the integrity of the election process.

Most importantly, the principles of God’s laws and the rights documented in the Bill of Rights should be protected at all costs. The government should not pass any laws or regulations that would infringe upon the rights guaranteed to citizens by the Constitution. God’s law, as outlined in the Ten Commandments, should be re-established as the law of the land and should replace British common law.

Lastly, I propose that the bankrupt corporation of the United States should be dissolved and the country should return to being a constitutional republic, governed by the Constitution as it existed in 1871, prior to its illegal incorporation. This will wipe out the false pretenses of debt and return the United States to its status as a creditor, not a debtor. All American citizens should receive reimbursement, and a forgiveness for (Creditors/American Citizens only), not for the (Debtors/USA Corporation). In addition, all Birth bonds should be paid back to the creditor with interest, taking in to consideration the fluctuating interest rates over time.

I urge you to consider these proposals I have put together and take necessary action to bring stability and integrity back to our country.

Sincerely,

Michael S Harmon
