Allow Escha to make "fun/funny" names for TeamFight Tactics Compositions

The Issue

In season 3 of Teamfight Tactics, a semi-popular australian streamer named "Escha" began a trend of naming TFT compositions unconventional names as a joke. Soon, these names exploded into becoming the standard/conventional way of referring to the comps in the general community. They were ultimately a funny and comedic inside joke for many in the TFT community. However, there was an internal pressure to stop this trend and he ceased his behavior in season 4. This trend of naming shouldn't be explicitly silenced as it up to the individual person/streamer to use these conventions if they choose to do so. Silencing a voice shouldn't be the answer to the problem.
