We believe that there were extenuating circumstances that warrant a clemency request for Bernie.  These circumstances have been recently discovered and are being further investigated.  The issues we are most interested in pertain to mitigating circumstances that have been brought to light since the release of the movie “Bernie”.  Our hope is that government officials in Texas will be responsive to our request for clemency on Bernie’s behalf.  Please show your support by signing this petition.
