Rent Increased by $100. Quality Decreased by 100%. 
As a current resident, I am asking fellow residents and community members to stand together and demand accountability from management.

 

Ongoing Resident Concerns

-Rent has increased by $100 per month despite a significant decline in property conditions and services. 💰💸

-Management continues adding stricter rules and conducting random inspections while maintenance requests remain unresolved for extended periods of time. 👎

-Management changed office policies so they are unavailable on Wednesdays, and residents continue to report difficulty reaching management by phone or in person. 

-New monthly pet fees of up to $45 have been added on top of a $250 pet deposit. 🐕🐾

-The pool remains closed despite it being summer, creating both a disappointment for residents and an eyesore for the community. 🌊

-Roads throughout the property are in poor condition and are causing damage to residents’ vehicles. 🛑⚠️

-Residents pay for pest control services through their lease agreements, yet many report little to no pest control being provided.🪳

-Grass and landscaping have gone unmaintained for weeks at a time.🌳

-Community park and common areas have become neglected and raise safety concerns.🛝

-Many units do not have in-unit laundry, while the advertised laundry facility is often unusable, poorly maintained, and unsanitary. ⚙️

-Mailboxes have been repeatedly broken into, yet there appears to be little effort to improve security measures. I can’t afford a $50 locked trail camera?? 📷 

-Buildings, sidewalks, and common areas are in desperate need of cleaning and maintenance after years of flooding and water-related issues. 🤢

-Trash cans overfilling with trash,  outsiders using trash cans as dump sites for furniture. Residence being accused with threats to fine or evict. 

We need transparency regarding rent increase and how those funds are being and dusted back into the community!
