There is an issue with equal pay in women sports, the gaps between the men and women are larger than ever and it is our job as young athletes to spread the word and get the word out. There might be arguments about the popularity of the sports but that doesn't stop the employees or the CEO of the sports companies to give financial equality to everyone.  There are many sports teams that we all support and watch. They are ina fight to help the generations that come after them so it is our job to help and support them along the way. Small actions go along way and with your support this could be possible
