We the undersigned believe that the removal of candidate Ahmd Emara from the ballot has undermined the democratic process. Any removal from the running should have been done after an announcement of results and certainly not midway through voting! This has altered the choices for preferences. We therefore request for a reopening of nominations to ensure a fair election process.
