West Horsley's population is increasing, now boosted especially by younger families. This will continue into the next decade at least, with major developments scheduled all around us. The time has come to further reduce our speed limit on The Street to the now normalised 20 mph - at least between West Horsley Motors and the junction with Ripley Lane. Injuries sustained from vehicle collisions can be turned from potentially fatal to survivable by a 10 mph impact reduction - this will save lives... Thanks for your support.
