The heart and soul of this petition comes from knife crime and how serious a problem it is here in Scotland. It wasn’t brought too my attention on a page on Facebook that BRIAN MORRISON who commitment a serious knife crime and failed to attend court in 2016 and not face the consequences is now living in the Philippines with his girlfriend & baby. This monster who described his victim as “nearly dead” and saying “he’d do it again tomorrow”. I’ve decided that this is unjust and the victim And the family deserve answers and justice!!
