In light of the closing of multiple school districts across the country due to Covid19, we demand the Philadelphia School District follow suit and do its part at reducing the spread of this potentially deadly pandemic disease! County agencies and governments are demanding the cessation of sporting events, Broadway shows, Movies, Religious meetings and congregations, and all activities and social gatherings that would draw large numbers of people. Philadelphia schools Have hundreds of students in close contact every day. The WHO has said not to minimize the epic proportions of this virus and it’s global wrath! The time to act is NOW! NOT a week from now! Not when there are exposures in schools! Close the schools now to keep the spread to a minimum and keep the staff, and students as safe as possible.
