The 737 at George T Baker is very old and has a horrible smell when you enter it. Very moldy on the inside from water build up. The L1 door is also very difficult to close. We need the 727 to takeover the spot of the 737, it's newer, doesn't smell and the school already owns it! We just need the 737 disposed and the 727 brought over!

The 727 will open up students horizon with the flight engineer portion of the aircraft, along with its three engines, a very unique learning opportunity.
