The Safety of Singing Beach with the Concern of Seagulls

The Safety of Singing Beach with the Concern of Seagulls
The Issue
In the Manchester by the sea community, there is a problem. The problem is seagulls are being fed at signing beach. Because of the feeding of seagulls, they are becoming very aggressive. The seagulls are stealing people's food and even attacking some people. Feeding seagulls can also harm the seagulls. They can receive health conditions. Seagulls have injured people and have even become lethal. Action needs to be taken to ensure the safety of the community of Manchester by the Sea on the beach.
The values that are not being lived up to are our Safety and Dependability The problem that is happening in my community is violating these values by making it so people don’t feel as safe on the beach because seagulls are attacking them. The Parks and Recreational Department of Manchester by the Sea is in charge of the beach and therefore is in charge of the safety of the visitors of the beach. The community depends on the Parks and Recreation Department to keep safety and order on the beach. Our community says it values dependability but what is happening goes against that value because we can’t be dependent on the town for having a safe beach. The fact that seagulls are being aggressive is happening in my community is a problem. This problem matters to me because I have extreme exalt for the beach and it is too bad when we aren’t able to be safe and happy on the beach because of the seagulls.
We, the undersigned, ask that you address this problem by adding signs to singing beach and other beaches under threat from the seagulls because it will ensure the people's safety, will ensure the seagull's safety, and it will make recreational activities in our community more fun for people to do because of the absence of the problem that is seagulls. We respectfully demand signs on the beach because it would make the beach safer, and more dependable beach.
This solution will help us live up to the idea of a social contract because the people of Manchester by the Sea have given up their freedom to do whatever they want in exchange for protection from the town. If Manchester was to give warnings of the seagulls and the danger they possess the town would protect its citizens and live up to the foundation idea of our social contract. The idea of a social contract in which the citizens of a community give up their free will for protection from the town has encouraged me to use my voice to compel our community to change.
