At Waggin' Tails we are passionate about animals and would like to expand the business to number 364 Fulham road, so our services would include a 24 hour veterinary clinic. We feel our clients and the neighbourhood would benefit greatly from a service which includes a pet store, grooming parlour and a veterinary surgery all at low cost prices and at the same location. In order to do this the council must agree for a change of use to number 364 Fulham road, previously a dry cleaning establishment.
